A decade ago, my daughter (trail name Steady) was thrilling to the adventure of a SOBO AT thru-hike. Mommy Hugs and I went up to meet her at Hikers Welcome Hostel in Glencliff, NH, and tracked her and her chums all the way down to Vermont. One day we stopped at a NH road crossing and took a break in the back of our rented minivan. Mom was quite pleased to see Steady all safe and sound, and I was too. Stay vertical and keep walking. It’s Autumn!
Just an FYI for you….I’ve walked the soccer field every day since I got back from the reunion. Hopefully, it’s going to help. I don’t wanna be another Becky Whiten! Sniff… Reunion was fun and I think it was a big success. So glad you and Mr. Giles came! Hope to see you both at the Pizza Cafe! Diane
